Our rooms and suites – relaxing moments in the mountains of South Tyrol

Our rooms feature a minibar (on request and for a fee), a TV, and a private bathroom with high-quality care products. During your stay, we provide a shoehorn and umbrella per room. For the Spa area, we are happy to provide towels and bathrobes – please bring your own slippers from home if possible. On request, these are also available at reception. For safe storage, you will find a personal safe in every room. Some rooms also feature a bathtub, others a bidet, a separate WC, or double washbasins. Rooms come with either a balcony or terrace, or have direct access to the garden.

Prices are usually quoted per person and night including half board. In addition, a local tax per person (from 14 years) and per day will be charged on site.

Pets are welcome in our hotel but do not have access to the restaurant, bar, lounge, or Spa area. A daily fee per pet is charged. Please inform us when booking if you are bringing a pet.

Yes, we are happy to bring you a drink or snack to your room in the afternoon. Simply call reception. A service charge of € 5.00 per order applies.

Yes, all our rooms and the entire hotel area are equipped with free Wi-Fi so you can stay online at any time.

Yes, we offer barrier-free rooms specially designed for guests with mobility limitations. In addition, the entire hotel area is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance if you require a barrier-free room.

Yes, every room has a safe in which you can securely store your valuables.

Yes, each room comes with fresh towels, bathrobes, and basic care products such as soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

Rooms are cleaned daily. If you would prefer to skip daily cleaning, you can let us know online. We also kindly ask our guests to reuse towels where possible to support sustainability.

Yes, every room can be adjusted individually and is centrally controlled at reception. Depending on the category, it is also possible to make smaller adjustments directly in the room.

We use high-quality down bedding for maximum comfort during your stay. On request, allergy-friendly bedding is also available.

Yes, you can request a kettle at reception for use during your stay.

Each room is equipped with a secure locking system, and we recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. Corridors are video-monitored to ensure guest safety.

You can choose from a wide range of national and international channels. A channel guide is provided in your room so you can stay up to date with news and entertainment.

Yes, for our guests we offer laundry service for a fee, so your clothing remains fresh during longer stays. Further details are available at reception. Please note, however, that dry cleaning is unfortunately not available.

Smoking is not permitted in our rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in designated outdoor smoking areas.
