Price information

Rates are per person, per day and include half board, excluding local tourist tax (applicable from age 14). Prices are subject to change depending on availability. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. Best price guarantee for non-binding inquiries.

Booking information

Deposit

As soon as we receive your written reservation, your booking is binding. You will also receive written confirmation of your reservation from us.

Cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code, but we grant you the following cancellation terms:

Summer

Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booked half-board price
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booked half-board price
From 7 to 3 days before arrival or no-show: 80% of the total amount
In case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the daily rate per unused day

Winter

Up to 46 days before arrival: free of charge
From 45 to 22 days before arrival: 40% of the booked half-board price
From 21 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booked half-board price
From 7 to 3 days before arrival or no-show: 80% of the total amount
In case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the daily rate per unused day

Deposits are non-refundable, but will be credited for a future stay. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Arrival & departure

Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Breakfast on the day of arrival available on request (for a fee)

Check-out: by 10:30 am
Late check-out and use of the Spa on the day of departure available on request (for a fee)

Pets

Dogs are welcome on request and for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed in the Spa and pool areas, nor in the lounge, bar, or restaurant.
