Hot and healing

Sitting and sweating? Sauna is more than that.

Sauna is the key to happiness, say the Finns. One sauna session, and you feel reborn. And if you then (or even before) enjoy a relaxing massage, the recovery effect is perfect. Comfortably warm, pleasantly hot, and deeply soothing – in our hotel with sauna and treatments in Val Venosta, South Tyrol, everything is in place for your wellness balance.

Tip! After a sauna session, it’s best to head straight to deep relaxation. Or simply daydream – ideally in our relaxation lounge with a fine cup of tea and views out into nature.
