The stated prices are per person, per night, including half board. Not included in the price is the local tax, which is charged per person (aged 14 and over) and per day. The stated prices are “from” prices and may vary depending on season, room category, and availability.

We offer reduced children’s rates from € 49.00. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
As soon as we receive your written reservation, your booking is binding. You will also receive written confirmation of your reservation from us.
There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code, but we grant you the following cancellation terms:
Summer
- Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booked half-board price
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booked half-board price
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival or no-show: 80% of the total amount
- In case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the daily rate per unused day
Winter
- Up to 46 days before arrival: free of charge
- From 45 to 22 days before arrival: 40% of the booked half-board price
- From 21 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booked half-board price
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival or no-show: 80% of the total amount
- In case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the daily rate per unused day
Deposits are non-refundable, but will be credited for a future stay. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Should something unexpected arise: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the Hotelstorno Plus policy:

Dogs are welcome on request and for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed in the Spa and pool areas, nor in the lounge, bar, or restaurant.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
At check-in we require a valid photo ID, such as your passport or ID card. Even more convenient: before your arrival you will receive an email from us with all the details for online check-in. That way, you can check in easily and start your stay in a relaxed way.
You can book your non-binding offer online or by email. When booking, we kindly ask you to provide your personal details again (current address, email address, full name). After confirmation, you will receive a binding reservation confirmation from us with all details.
Please understand that for organisational reasons we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
