Route description:
From the Furkel Hut just above Trafoi, take the Schmugglerweg (smugglers' path) passing the Goldsee (Golden Lake) until you reach the pass. Beautiful panoramic views to the King Ortler mountain, the Dreisprachenspitze, the winding road and the summer ski resort of Stilfserjoch.
